JACQUELINE MATE

Jacqueline (Jackie) Mate is a CT/NYC based actress holding her BFA in Music Theatre from Elon University. She specializes in pop/rock and classical style singing. Her most recent film credit is Candy in Making Bones.

Performance credits include 54 Below, Westport Country Playhouse, Shoreline Theatre Company and more! She most recently played Maureen in Shoreline Theatre Company’s production of Rent. During Jackie’s time at Elon, she was seen on the mainstage as Philoclea in Head Over Heels and Rapunzel in Into the Woods. Other favorite past roles include Belle in Beauty & the Beast and Maria in West Side Story.

Jackie is most known for bringing professionalism and fun into every room she has the privilege of being in. There is nothing she loves more than creating art with people.

When Jackie is not Disney/pop princessing or fulfilling your need for an ingénue, you can find her working towards her associates degree in healthcare (crazy side hustle right?). In Jackie’s free time she can also be found hanging out with family and friends, running, traveling and heading to the beach during the summer.
